Ordering a personalised candle
If you want to order any personalised candles, please follow the instructions below:
- Decide on the size and number of Candles you require.
- Send us an email image of what you would like on a candle, This must be high quality and have vibrant colours.
- If you require writing also, tell us what font etc you would like.
- We will confirm a price by email.
- We will within 48 hours send you a proof of the design for your approval.
- Once agreed, payment for the order is required and we will then start to make your candles.
- Please ensure that you allow a minimum of 7 days for preparation of design and Candle. Also allow for postage times. The number of candles you are ordering can affect the delivery times, so dont leave it too late to order.
- Once the Candles are in production, cancellation is not available as time and materials have already been commited. (see Terms and Conditions for more details)
CHRISTMAS ORDERING TIMES for 2016
- Last Royal Mail postage date for second class small parcels is the 20th December, so anything larger than that will need to be posted earlier.
- Last date for ordering a personalised candle is therefore the 6th December 2016, this will allow time for design and postage by second class post. If you are ordering over 4 candles please ensure that you allow extra time for postage.
- Stock candles can be ordered up until the 12th December, 2016
